Imagine pondering in the store, not interested in a slightly bit to buy anything but butter. You've come across something more nefarious, inorganic, unhealthy, volatile to your own body. Poisonous even. But you don't care, on the packaging it says "I Cannot Believe Its Not Butter!". The particular design of the exclamation mark grabs your attention, as if its calling upon your name. "Yea... dat ain't butter"
