Free cancellation is available 24 hours or more before a lesson. Cancellations within 24 hours receive a 50% refund, and lessons cancelled within 2 hours are non-refundable.

Is there a subscription or membership fee?
No. Students and families pay for the lessons they book. The checkout total includes the tutor's base lesson amount and the applicable Studtors platform fee.
How is the platform fee calculated?
The default platform fee is 15% of the tutor or centre base rate and is added on top. Centre-specific fee tiers can apply, so the final rate shown at checkout is the source of truth.
Can a promo code reduce the tutor's earnings?
Promotions are funded from the platform fee first and are capped so the tutor's promised base lesson amount is not reduced.
What happens if I need to cancel?
The current policy provides a full refund when you cancel at least 24 hours before a lesson, a 50% refund within 24 hours, and no refund within 2 hours of the lesson.
